YES! You can securely pay your dues online by eCheck or by credit or debit card.
Paying online by eCheck is 100% free to you, but there is a non-refundable fee for paying with a debit or credit card in the Online Portal (you are notified of the fee amount before you submit the payment).

Once you’ve logged in to your personal, secure Online Portal you can choose to make a one-time payment or set up auto payments for future payments. Yes, from the Home tab of your Online Portal, just click the Set Up Autopay button and follow the simple steps to schedule your payments. Be sure to select an appropriate payment date.
If you have set up Autopay and want to edit your scheduled payments, go to the Payments tab of your Online Portal, and within the Scheduled Payments section you will have the option to Edit, Delete, or Skip this payment. Select the appropriate link and follow the simple instructions to modify your scheduled payment as desired.
You must call your bank and issue a stop payment. Neither AppFolio nor Gulf Corp Services has the authority to gain access to your Online Portal or bank account to stop the payment on your behalf. The same is true for an auto payment that has processed for the month.
Yes. Within the Payments tab of your Online Portal you will see a section called Account Ledger. From this section, simply click the View full account ledger button to see a detailed ledger of all charges and payments posted to your account.
No. Gulf Corp Services cannot see any of the payment information you have saved or have previously entered

To view information or make payments for another unit, click the View Another Unit tab, then click the button for the unit you wish to view. Note: If you do not have a tab for View Another Unit or do not see one of your units listed, please contact us for assistance as you must receive a separate activation email for each unit, and must click the Activate Now button within each activation email to add each unit to your Online Portal.
Within the Shared Documents tab you will find important homeowner association documents (for example, you can expect to find your association’s budget, meeting calendar, prior meeting minutes, HOA news, HOA insurance information, as well as, by-laws, rules and regulations, etc.). In addition, you will also find previous correspondence from us on behalf of your Association. You can view these documents online or download them for further review.
